Actually everyone was a winner as there was a POWER of work done!

We had two areas of prizes this camp, instead of having a make N take everyone was given a bag of product with a RRP of between $35-40 and Trina kindly let us use one of sketches so this is the one we decided to go with
There were lots of entries take a look:
But Raincliff you voted and the winner was:

The other winner of a prize was the page of the weekend, again there was so many that I am surprised that you could make a decision but congratulations Rebecca here is Rebecca with her layout

Michael Jackson Visits Us!

LOL well this is the sort of mischeif that happens at camp.  Steph, Kathryn, Becks & Nic had this lip sync planned - not sure that Bronwyn got much of a say about being "Michael" but she did a pretty good job!
Kathryn was so funny man that woman has lost her calling she needs to be on the stage!
Anyway here are the photos:

I wish I had videoed it so you could watch the "moves" in person but they all did a really good job and thanks girls for the entertainment - maybe next camp there might be a few challanges going on?

Hope you all survived your Monday - I know i didn't want to get out bed how did the rest of you go?

Catch you all soon with more photos from the weekend.

Prima Goodness

This is really just a quick link post but take a look at this from the Prima site:
The Prima Innoscense line is perfectly paired with ANY art medium you can throw at it. Each flower is created with thick mulberry paper that holds it shape!

Coloring our flowers is simply FUN! You can PERFECTLY match the flowers to your layout by just choosing an art medium that coordinates. It's a great project to do with your kids too. Designer Joei Lau colored her Innoscense flowers with lots of pretty pink Glimmer Mist and a slight touch of Ranger Stickles (see the cute dots?) Designer Tracie Hudson created a beautiful set of coordinating pieces (CD holder, card and gift bag)  from Prima's pretty patterned papers and Innoscense flowers which she colored with an embossing stamp pad and colored embossing powder. This set is especially created for her mother to celebrate Mother's Day in the UK on Sunday, March 14th! So "Happy Mother's Day" to all of our UK readers from everyone at Prima!

All of the innocense line is in stock - give it a go look at the stunning results!

Cheers

Layouts & Cards

Gosh time just flies away doesn't it?
We had a busy weekend with heading of to Christchurch to watch the rugby - GO the Crusaders by the way - told Nic Howard to move down this way because we have winning teams - sorry to all the Aucklanders out there the Blues played well - just not good enough - all in good fun the jibing though!

Bronwyn and I finally got our canvas's done and here are the photos

I wanted red so that when eventually we start our renovations my bedroom will be red and gold so I figure that I have enough stored now for the "when we get the renovations done" this one can go up now and suit the bare gib walls!
This is Bronwyns:

Instead of using the carboard we used some of Green Tara netting lacey stuff and used the distress ink to colour it the colour of the canvas - thought it looked great.
Also here is the layout that was done - kindly Sharon Milford sent her's in for us to see - absolutly STUNNING!!!!  Sharon you did an awesome job and it just goes to show that using different photos can make the layouts look completly different even though we all used the same layout/papers etc.
Thanks so much Sharon for sending your layout in.

And Jo Flannery sent me some pictures of a wedding card that she had made with the Whiff of Joy Images that we sell - take a look this is the front:
The inside

This is a box she made to send it in

Stunning the photos don't do this justice really it is so soft with the pinks and greys!

Right I will leave you with that for now and try to be back soon - hopefully to show you the YUMMY box of new Tim Holtz Disress inks that I should have at my door anyday!
Have a great week!
